Welcome to the bioswale information page. ACBA work sessions in the bioswale usually happen on the 3rd Sunday of the month (with exceptions to schedule around boathouse events).

Typical tasks for bioswale work sessions:
Pick up recyclables & trash
Remove invasive species
Clear & mulch around the shrubs
Plant new trees or shrubs
Move driftwood
Volunteers - it helps to bring tools such as rakes, clippers or sturdy trowels. Remember to bring water, hats, gloves, long pants and protective footwear.
Tool Donations
We could use a wheelbarrow and a small chain saw for the work in the bioswale.
